*Garlic Butter White Qourma *


 Ingredients:

1. 1 cup white quinoa 2 cups water or vegetable broth  1 tablespoon butter or olive oil  2 cloves garlic, minced

- ½ teaspoon salt (to taste)  - ¼ teaspoon black pepper  - 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)  - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional 

Instructionn:structions:

1. **Rinse the quinoa**: Place quinoa in a fine mesh strainer and rinse under cold running water for about 30 seconds. This removes bitterness.

2. **Cook the quinoa**: In a saucepan, bring water or broth to a boil. Add quinoa and a pinch of salt. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes until all liquid is absorbed.  

3. **Fluff & season**: Turn off the heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.

4. **Sauté garlic**: In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.  

5. **Combine**: Add the cooked quinoa to the pan with garlic butter. Stir well to coat.  

6. **Finish & serve**: Season with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice. Garnish with parsley if desired.😋
