 Here's an amazing **Chicken Karahi** :  


 **Ingredients:**  

- 500g chicken with bone preferred  

- 3 tbsp oil or ghee  

- 3 tomatoes, chopped or blended  

- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste  

 2-3 green chilies slit  

- 1 tsp salt adjust to taste  

- 1 tsp red chili powder  

- ½ tsp turmeric powder

- 1 tsp coriander powder  

- 1 tsp cumin powder  

- ½ tsp garam masala  

- 1 tsp crushed black pepper  

- Chopped fresh coriander leaves  

- 1-inch ginger juliennes

 **How to Make it: **

1. **Heat oil** in a karahi or wok, add chicken, and fry until it turns golden brown. 

2. Add **ginger-garlic paste** and sauté until aromatic.

3. Add **chopped tomatoes** and cook till they soften and oil starts to separate. 

4. Add **salt, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander, and cumin powder** and continue cooking on a medium flame until the chicken becomes soft. 

5. Add **black pepper, green chilies, and garam masala**, mix well. 

6. Garnish with **fresh coriander and ginger slices**. 

7. Serve hot with naan or chapati.
